Swastik Pramanik is an experienced Silicon Validation Engineer at Qualcomm India with over 7 years of expertise in embedded software development, testing, pre and post silicon validation, and automation domains. He is an ISTQB certified embedded software development engineer with a demonstrated history of working in the semiconductor industry. Currently, Swastik is working as part of the security and access control team at Qualcomm, responsible for validating all the security-related hardware IPs present in the Snapdragon SoCs in both pre and post silicon environments. Prior to this, he worked as an Embedded Software Developer at Texas Instruments, where he was the sole firmware resource at the time, involved in developing a family of ROM-based multi-channel, multi-phase voltage regulator SoCs for the server market. This project was the first out of many to incorporate the use of firmware in the SoC design. He also worked as an Embedded Software Developer at Microchip Technology, where he was part of the CPG department, involved in developing SoCs for various applications such as sensor fusion, IoT, embedded security, and motherboard controllers for the PC industry. Swastik holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Instrumentation Engineering from Vivekanand Education Society's Institute of Technology, where he graduated in 2013. He has a strong technical background and is proficient in software engineering and testing. With 9.62 years of relevant experience, Swastik is a highly skilled and knowledgeable engineer who has proven his expertise in the semiconductor industry. He is a dedicated and hardworking team player who has contributed to the success of various projects throughout his career.
