Swathi Sakthivel is a highly skilled Unity HoloLens Developer and Software Engineering Lead with over 9 years of experience in the field of XR. She is currently working at Trimble as the Software Engineering Lead, where she is responsible for developing HoloLens applications and porting existing HL1 applications to support new profiles and gestures supported by HL2. Swathi has also designed and developed sequencing features for 3D models, implemented model manipulations, and pivot-based alignments. In her previous roles at Trimble, Swathi has worked as a Senior Software Engineer, where she developed MR/AR applications using Unity/C# and VR applications for Microsoft Windows Immersive. She has also worked extensively with HoloLens V1 and V2, where she developed 3D vector math and transformations, model hierarchy, bounds manipulation, and remote collaboration using Unity Photon RPC/PUN Voice. Swathi has also worked on Google's AR platform - Tango, where she created AR modes for an existing Android 3D model rendering application. Swathi holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from SSN College of Engineering, where she graduated in 2013. She also completed her secondary education from Jawahar Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Neyveli.
