Currently, Swati is working as a Human Resources Manager and technical advisor at ourlybee. In her role, she has worked closely with the C-suite on major contingency planning and has efficiently trained a set of new team members for marketing and sales using a training qualification matrix. She has also developed and tracked key performance indicators with stakeholders and led the tech team during major deployments.
