Currently working as a core team member for acquisition and acquihire at Metamorph, she is responsible for connecting and partnering the right startups and founders. Swati has worked with various companies in the past, including Passion Connect, where she served as the lead for acquihiring and strategic partnership. Passion Connect is a strategic services unit incubated by Blume Ventures and Constellation Management Services, and Swati's team aimed to solve problems faced exclusively by Blume Ventures' portfolio startups early into their journey. Swati's expertise lies in introducing founders to like-minded professionals through a unique array of networks, initiatives, and branding activities. She has developed innovative solutions to reinvent how founders hire talent, retain employees, and develop their unique brand to become the employer of choice. Prior to her role at Passion Connect, Swati worked as a client partner at Basil Advisors, which was later acquired by Blume Ventures. Swati has a Master's in Business Administration in Human Resource from IIPM and a Bachelor's in Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering from SUSCET, PTU. She also completed her Marticulation from St. Mary's Convent School, Kasauli. With a relevant experience of 13.70 years, Swati is a seasoned recruiter with a keen eye for talent.
