Swati Jha is a Product Manager at Pine Labs, with over 10 years of experience in the technology industry. She has a passion for building new and complex solutions and delivering them with great quality to end-users. Swati has worked across various domains, including education, hospitality, finance, marketplace, and ecommerce, which has helped her come closer to the users of various sectors and markets. Swati is a promoter of Agile methodologies and has always suggested changes in team processes and practices. She has led and managed small to large teams throughout her past experiences. Swati loves to solve problems technically and be part of the technical architectural discussions, which helps her in understanding the solution from the root and suggest improvements that are technically beautiful and feasible. At Pine Labs, Swati is handling the end-to-end solution building for Alternate Payment integration and is responsible for designing and building the app monetization solution on App marketplace for POS terminals. She has contributed to building solutions, wireframes, product flow, sequence diagrams, and PRDs for the EMI product, which includes BNPL, NBFC, CC/DC, Nach Mandate, Cardless EMI, etc. Swati has also been involved in leading the banking alliances and changes from a compliance perspective. Swati's past experiences include working as a QA Manager for the ePOS app, AllTap, and as a Lead SDET at TestVagrant Technologies. She has also worked as the Head of QA for the payments team of Indonesia's biggest unicorn. Swati has mentored peers and juniors for their career growth and created the central document repository for QA. Swati holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree from Dr. M G R Educational and Research Institute. She also has experience in research and has skills in product management, QA, parts-of-speech, test, iOS, SDET, and integration. Swati is a passionate and dedicated professional who is always ready to take up new challenges and experiment with different roles and responsibilities.
