Swati Kad is a passionate and customer-centric software engineer with over 8 years of experience in building products from scratch. She is a generalist at heart and thrives on curiosity, always eager to learn and explore new technologies. Currently working at Adobe as a Software Engineer, Swati has hands-on experience in designing and developing backend for large-scale applications. Swati has worked closely with customers, clients, and cross-functional teams across multiple geographies. She has contributed to setting up the backend server architecture for an e-commerce application and designed and developed notification microservices used by multiple applications. Swati has also leveraged ETL procedures in Azure Data Factory, Kusto, SQL Server, and various other Azure solutions to design and develop solutions for business requirements. In her past roles, Swati has worked as a Technical Lead at HCL and an Associate Technology Level 2 at Sapient. At HCL, she designed and developed restful APIs for an e-commerce application using Java SpringBoot. She also designed and architected an Event Driven Architecture using Kinesis/Lambda for faster data/event propagation between microservices. At Sapient, Swati designed and developed stable ID APIs for model-based engineering systems and implemented Microsoft SQL database integration with AEM. Swati holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Information Technology from Maharaja Surajmal Institute of Technology. She has experience working with various tech stacks, including Java, Spring, Big Data, ReactJS, Docker, AWS, Golang, CI/CD, Redis, Kafka, Jenkins, Salesforce, and Mobile.
