Swati Kanchan is a highly skilled backend engineer with a passion for computer vision. With almost five years of relevant experience, Swati has worked with a variety of programming languages and technologies, including C++, Keras, Tensorflow, Java, databases, Python Scrapy, PHP, MEAN, OOP, and APIs backend. Currently, Swati is working as a Software Development Engineer at Razorpay, where she is responsible for developing and maintaining the backend of the platform. Prior to her current role, Swati worked as a Software Development Engineer (Backend) at Porter, where she was a part of the payout team. During her time at Porter, Swati designed various algorithms to make campaigns for payout computations of drivers and developed them on the RoR backend. She also monitored slow, memory-inefficient, and erroneous API calls on NewRelic APM and Sentry and enhanced them. Additionally, Swati designed and developed a payment platform using RoR and Razorpay APIs. Swati holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology Durgapur, which she completed in 2019. Throughout her education, Swati gained a deep understanding of various computer science concepts, and she has since applied this knowledge to her work as a software engineer. In addition to her technical skills, Swati is a winner of SIH'19 and has a strong interest in computer vision. She is constantly seeking to expand her knowledge in this area and is always on the lookout for new and innovative ways to apply it to her work.
