Swati holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce, General from BBK DAV College for Women Amritsar, and has completed a Talent Management course from XLRI, where she learned to make culture a competitive advantage by acquiring, identifying, and developing the best people. She has also completed a Strategic Thinking course from the Indian School of Business.
