Swati Kushwaha is an experienced IT Consultant, Software Quality Analyst, and Business Analyst with a total of 5.7 years of work experience in Software Quality Assurance. She is ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level and has expertise in all phases of life cycle, including Risk analysis, Project planning, Scheduling, Testing, Defect tracking, Management, and Reporting. Swati is well-versed with all the stages of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC). Swati is highly skilled in using both Manual and Automated testing tools to troubleshoot systems, integration, user acceptance, positive and negative, functionality, object, and regression. She has the ability to learn and utilize new software and tools. Swati is an expert in analyzing bugs and interacting with development team members in fixing the defects. Currently, Swati is working as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at ABSA Group. In the past, she has worked at Britehouse as a Software Quality Assurance and at Uniserved as a Software Quality Analyst/Business Analyst. Swati holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (2009-2011) and a Bachelor's of Computer Application degree from Integral University, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh (2006-2009).
