Swati Patil is a Backend Java Developer with over 6 years of industry experience building websites and web applications. She has a strong specialization in Spring Boot and JAVA and has professional experience working with Hibernate, Spring MVC, and WordPress. Currently, she is working as a Lead Software Engineer at Capgemini. Prior to her current role, Swati has worked as a Software Engineer at Sunflower Lab where she was responsible for the development of applications, websites, and APIs on J2EE and Spring Boot using Java. She has also developed Mobile Ink tattoo & NomadBite websites/apps for a US-based client within a provided timeframe. Additionally, she has led improvement projects for support processes, benchmarking cost-effective tools for support such as JIRA service management, Zendesk, and managing Excel records. She has also mentored and trained new associates to take responsibilities for support projects. Before joining Sunflower Lab, Swati worked as a Software Engineer at Primavera Systems where she communicated with clients to understand business requirements and troubleshoot bugs. She developed technical SRS (System Requirement Specification) and solutions for the project. She also developed technical solutions based on the SRS document and implemented bug fixes related to client and user-reported issues. Swati holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Technology from Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Institute of Tech., Vasad and a Diploma in Information Technology from Parul University.
