Swati Poddar is a growth professional turned product manager with over 8 years of relevant experience. She has worked across various roles and industries, but has found her passion in building websites and tech solutions for merchants. Swati is currently working at Walmart as a Product Manager, where she is responsible for developing and managing products that meet customer needs and drive business growth. Prior to joining Walmart, Swati co-founded Yellow Riddle, a web development company that helps build stores for merchants on Shopify and custom solutions for them. During her time at Yellow Riddle, Swati ran growth experiments to impact L2P ratio for the India brochure page at Shopify and built a growth product prototype called Easy Sell during HackDays targeted at merchants in SE Asia. Swati also worked as a Growth Marketing Manager at Shopify, where she ran growth experiments to impact L2P ratio for the India brochure page at Shopify and built a growth product prototype called Easy Sell during HackDays targeted at merchants in SE Asia. Swati holds a PGDHRM from XLRI and a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Computer Science from Heritage Institute of Technology. She also completed her 11th & 12th Std from Delhi Public School and her 10th Standard from St. Josephs High School Matigara. Swati is constantly learning and recently completed a course at Product School. Swati is proficient in product management, web development, testing, integration, and mobile technologies. She is passionate about supporting small merchants and recently started writing a newsletter to help them. Swati is always open to chatting about D2C, Shopify, or auditing websites.
