Sweeti Bhaskaran is an expert technology and design delivery head with over 10 years of experience delivering large-scale projects in tight timeframes. Currently, she is the Head of Business - Experience Design & Technology at The Minimalist, where she manages and delivers key projects through effective communication and sustainable relationships across the business. Sweeti is a dedicated and highly organized manager, a caring team leader passionate about delivering projects on time and within budget. Her experience includes leading project planning sessions from design, development, enhancement to risk mitigation and management. She has led geographically and culturally diverse cross-functional teams for flawless execution of large projects across departmental and business units. Sweeti has also coordinated testing efforts for projects and tracked internal and external project risks. She is accountable for collaborating with customers to develop UAT plans and manage testing efforts. Sweeti has managed project financials and provided monthly project financial reports. She has provided multiple process improvements to streamline system development life cycle and mentored others on new procedures. She has also supported and provided solutions to use existing features and capabilities. Sweeti has worked for companies such as Iksula and Adapty in the past. At Iksula, she was a Project Manager responsible for leading project planning sessions, coordinating testing efforts, managing project financials, and providing process improvements. At Adapty, Sweeti was a Senior UI Developer responsible for designing, customizing, and building UI/UX in a team environment. She optimized application/UI designs for optimal speed and scalability and followed standards for accessibility and cross-browser compatibility. Sweeti completed her Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Pillai College of Engineering. Her tech stack includes test, UI, designer, and JavaScript.
