Sweety Bhartia is a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with over 5 years of experience in the industry. She is currently a Member of Technical Staff 2 at VMware, where she is responsible for developing and maintaining software systems. Prior to this, she worked as a Full Stack Engineer Intern at Emotive, where she contributed to the development of the Emotive Messaging platform. At Emotive, Sweety's contributions included the integration of Magento stores with the Emotive Messaging platform, redesigning table schemas and queries in Django for PostgreSQL, designing an analytics dashboard, and adding new modules to segment users based on user profile and activity. She also implemented security enhancements and designed a framework for customer service integrations. Additionally, Sweety added logs for broadcast-related data, which were logged in AWS Cloudwatch, and then updated in ElasticSearch using Lambda functions for better analysis in Kibana. Prior to Emotive, Sweety worked as a Software Developer Engineer at Via.com, where she designed and developed an API for third parties to utilize the VIA Payment System, developed a system to retrieve payment requests which failed to reach their server, and collaborated with payment gateways to integrate the latest gateway APIs for better user experience. She also managed the in-house wallet along with external third-party payment gateways and was responsible for monitoring the weekly release build. Sweety holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from VIT.
