Currently serving as a Manager at KPMG, Sweta has a proven track record of successfully managing the Hire to Retire life cycle, reporting and KPIs, and leading HR transformation projects. Sweta's passion for personal finance, self-improvement, and helping other women succeed is reflected in her diverse interests. She is a mentor and the host of the podcast "MoneyGirlBoss," where she shares her knowledge and expertise on personal finance. In her free time, Sweta likes gardening and playing the ukulele. Sweta's education history includes a PGDM-HR degree from the International Management Institute - IMI, a Certified Life Coach degree from Transformation Services, and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Govind Ballabh Pant University.
