Sweta Swagatika is a driven Software Engineer with a passion for using her skills to make a positive impact on society. Currently working at Dell Technologies as a Software Engineer 1, Sweta is a graduate of the International Institute of Information Technology, Bhubaneswar where she earned a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Engineering. Sweta has a wealth of experience in the tech industry, having worked as an Undergraduate Intern at Dell where she worked on various hard computing approaches in the field of High-Performance Computing. During this time, she co-authored a paper titled “GPU and CUDA in Hard-Computing Approaches: Analytical Review” which was selected for publication in LNEE, Springer in the 2nd International Conference on Recent Innovations in Computing 2019. Sweta is also an active member of Women Techmakers, a global network of women in technology which aims to bring together talented, motivated women in tech, across all countries, backgrounds, roles, and career phases. With 3.03 years of relevant experience, Sweta is well-versed in a range of technologies and has a strong track record of delivering high-quality work. She is a tech enthusiast who believes that making a difference always starts with the belief that you can do something that just doesn't benefit yourself. Sweta is a motivated and dedicated individual who is always looking for ways to challenge herself and improve her skills.
