Swetha B is an experienced HR professional with a passion for connecting talent with opportunities. She is currently an Assistant Manager HR at Zoomcar, where she has been instrumental in creating, organizing, and implementing new and enhanced recruiting and selection processes and tools to drive efficiency and improve the quality of hires. Swetha has a strong understanding of the talent pool and guides the business about creating JDs, market intelligence, identifying the right vendors, streamlining recruitment processes, negotiation, onboarding, and employer branding. She has also designed, planned, and executed employer branding activities. Swetha has previously worked as a Senior Executive HR at Zoomcar, where she was responsible for driving recruiting strategies, managing end-to-end recruitment, hiring process improvements, sourcing, talent mapping, managing employee referral programs, applicant tracking, and vendor management. She worked closely with all the business heads to define recruitment requirements, job specifications, interview processes, and prepare budgets and plans. Swetha has also worked on campus coordination of IITs, NITs, etc., for campus recruitment. She has knowledge of building reports and working on analytics based on sourcing data, salary benchmarking, and Microsoft Excel and Google Doc Spreadsheet. Swetha holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree from Visvesvaraya Technological University. She has received the "Rising Star" award for closing the maximum number of positions in a short span of time within the first six months of joining Zoomcar.
