She is currently serving as the HR Director at diwo, where she specializes in employee relations, recruitment, employee engagement activities, vendor relationship management, HR administration, performance review and compensation benefits, leave management, employee grievance, exit interviews, and full and final settlements. Swetha has exceptional coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. She has excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, which enable her to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization. Swetha is also a specialist in data analysis and reporting, which allows her to make informed decisions and provide valuable insights to the management team. Prior to joining diwo, Swetha served as the HR Director and HR Manager at datafactz, where she gained extensive experience in managing HR activities and developed a strong understanding of the industry. Swetha holds a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Embedded Systems from Princeton College of Engineering & Technology and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in ECE from Auroras Technological and Research Institute (ATRI). She also completed her Inter from Narayana Junior College and her high school education from Keyes High School for Girls.
