Swetha Srikanthan is an experienced AI Research Scientist with a demonstrated history of working in the computer software industry. She is currently working as a Research Scientist II, AI at MIM Software Inc., where she is primarily focused on developing algorithms from initial development to clinical practice for trial and implementation in MIM Software’s imaging solutions. Her role also involves training Machine Learning / Deep learning models for practical Imaging solutions in the fields of radiation oncology, radiology, nuclear medicine, neuroimaging, and cardiac imaging. Swetha is highly skilled in AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Databases, Algorithms, Research, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). She has a strong professional background with a Master of Science - MS focused on Computer and Information Sciences and Machine Learning from Case Western Reserve University. Her education also includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the College of Engineering, Guindy. In addition to her current role, Swetha has also worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and a Graduate Research Student at Case Western Reserve University. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, she was responsible for grading and reporting comments for the weekly progress made by about 20 Senior Project groups in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. As a Graduate Research Student, she analyzed the missing links on overcoming the exponential blow-up while converting an ILP/relational learning Problem to a Multiple Instance Problem by expressing them as polynomial expansions and optimizing the whole architectural structure. She also developed optimized algorithms for large-scale synthetic data generated for evaluating each part of the research problem.
