Swetha Tibrewal is an accomplished CTO with a strong background in building scalable tech solutions for a variety of domains, including esports, subscriptions, e-commerce, and healthcare. Currently, she is leading the engineering team at FanClash, an early stage VC-backed startup, where she is responsible for building fresh and scalable solutions. Swetha has over 8 years of relevant experience, with a demonstrated history of building end-to-end B2C solutions. She is known for her intense product roadmap discussions and her ability to design lean and reusable systems with business logic separation and low operational burden. Before joining FanClash, Swetha worked as an SDE II at Amazon, where she was part of the team responsible for designing and implementing a system for scheduled and event-driven syncing of magazine subscriptions via real-time 3P API integration. She also designed and implemented a marketplace-agnostic E2E privacy solution for data access requests on magazine subscription information. During her time at Amazon, Swetha proposed a business remodel and redesigned Print + Kindle subscriptions for select titles, which included developing a data-driven approach for migration to other proposals and customer experience revision. Swetha holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and has served as an Indian Delegate at the Harvard Project for Asian and International Relations.
