Syed Hadi is an experienced Product/Project Management enthusiast with a passion for effective communication and writing. With over 3 years of Scrum experience, he has managed, handled, and delivered products in AWS, GCP, and core cloud infrastructure in an early-stage SAAS startup that has found PMF and scaled through GTM strategies. He has worked closely with CEOs, CTOs, and Engineering Leads to solve high-priority problems for customers, as well as lead efforts on revenue-generating products and strategic opportunities. Currently, Syed works at AccuKnox, a cloud security product company, as an IT Project Manager. He is privileged to receive a plethora of roles and responsibilities in 7 major areas such as Scrum Process, Product Management, Product Release, Growth, Operations, Analytics, and Customer Success in "Zero to One" journey. He is responsible for 3 teams with a team size of 7 Backend Developers, 5 Product Managers, and 2 Designers. He has streamlined the PRDs & Design workflow on Cloud Security user journey, and user personas, contributing to shipping v1.0 features like AARRR, Compliance Frameworks, Opensource, and Enterprise SaaS. He has created a content calendar for the Product led growth areas across Funnels: Technical Blogs, Newsletters, and Social posts. He has collaborated with a team of 2 Designers, 5+ Frontend Engineers, 6+ DevOps, 7 Security Er., and fellow Product and Project Management teams throughout, for high-priority task requirements clarity and expedition. He has taken part in Accuknox level 0 and Level 1 Overview and Technical deep dive demos and user requirements gathering with 20+ end customers & partners. He facilitates Daily Cadence with internal stakeholders situated in 3 timezones PST, EST, and IST involving Engineers, Product Managers, and Team leads. He reports Daily scrum status and weekly SOS statuses to the CTO, Product, and Engineering lead, streamlined on the v1.0 Accuknox release. Syed has a Bachelor of Engineering - BE in Computer Science from Anna University. His tech stack includes product manager, AWS, GCP, test, Research Scientist, DevOps, Frontend, Backend, Senior Software Engineer, infra, and Azure.
