During his time at Chargebee, Syed has developed from scratch, deployed, and maintained an internal tool called Lance using Python Flask and Serverless framework that automated a few manual processes, resulting in a 25% reduction in the number of tickets raised. He has also contributed to the infrastructure project named 'Terraform-Executor' with new custom Terraform modules for provisioning AWS resources, implemented a swift approach for EC2 instances migration, and optimized the internal infra micro-services, making them 15% faster in their overall interactions.
