Szymon Rozga is a seasoned Principal Architect at Insight with over 15 years of experience in software engineering, architecture, and development of desktop, mobile, and web applications. He has worked with a wide range of technologies, from Objective-C to C# and XAML to JavaScript to Swift to SQL Server, DocumentDB, Azure cloud, and even SharePoint. Currently, Szymon is focused on building out technology delivery teams and growing delivery capacity and skill set in Conversational UX, Blockchain, VR/AR/MR, and other emerging technologies to create cutting-edge experiences. He is passionate about empowering engineering teams to constantly learn and push themselves and the technologies they are working with. Szymon loves speaking with clients about technologies and turning their visions into reality. Prior to joining Insight, Szymon worked as Chief Architect, Emerging Technologies, and App Dev Services Manager at Bluemetal Inc. In these roles, he led the NYC App Dev group developing applications on all platforms, led junior engineer hiring efforts, owned relationships with local app dev academies, led scoping and proposal development efforts, and mentored team members on those tasks. He also collaborated and provided technical sales capabilities on pre-sales and sales calls with sales team members and mentored other team members on doing the same. Szymon was the engagement lead on multiple projects in the portfolio. Szymon holds a BS in Computer Science from Cornell University, where he graduated in 2007. He has a diverse tech stack that includes Senior Software Engineer, SQL, Blockchain, Objective-C, Javascript, Azure, Mobile, Web, Software Engineer, and Swift.
