Tais Nunes is a passionate and highly skilled Senior HRBP Coordinator and Tech Recruiter with over 5 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Administration and a Post-Graduate degree in Group Dynamics, which has helped her to excel in her profession. Tais has worked extensively in the recruitment and selection of technology professionals and has transitioned to become a Business Partner for technology teams, where she has been responsible for developing and implementing people strategies to support business objectives. Currently, Tais works as a Senior HRBP Coordinator at ifood, where she provides coaching and support to more than 35 leaders, analyzes key people metrics, and leads discussions on performance evaluations.
