Takahiro Fujii is a highly experienced Vice President of Engineering at WealthPark Co., Ltd. With over 12 years of relevant experience, he has successfully led and managed international engineering organizations across 15+ countries, 40+ members, and 9 teams+. In his current role, Takahiro manages FrontEnd, BackEnd, Mobile, QA, and DevOps teams at WealthPark Co., Ltd. He is responsible for cooperating with Product Managers and UI/UX Designers to lead product development. He has also been successful in supporting career development, goal setting, KPI settings, and evaluation for about 25 engineers, 90% of whom are from outside of Japan. Takahiro has extensive experience in leading front-end, back-end, native app, SRE Security, QA, and full-stack organizations. He has expertise in SPA development using React.js and Typescript, global application development, web API development, and designing architecture for client(web, native) applications. Takahiro is also skilled in recruitment, especially outside of Japan, training, coaching, and 1 on 1 sessions. He has experience in budget planning, technical roadmap development, resource management, and organizational planning. Takahiro has previously worked as a Frontend Web Developer and an Engineering Manager/Head of FrontEnd at WealthPark Co., Ltd. He has a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Tokyo University of Science.
