Talal Nweiran is a Full-Stack Software Engineer who has a passion for game development. Talal learned to code by creating games with Unity3D in C#, and now he is a Software Engineer after attending Hack Reactor, which he considers his best career move. Talal loves collaborating with other engineers and building modern web applications with JavaScript, React, MongoDB, and NodeJS. He has experience working on personal projects, where he optimized the back-end of an open-source application to efficiently handle requests at a high volume. He increased the number of requests that the application can handle by ten times the original amount by configuring a load-balancer to direct traffic to different servers based on the number of connections with Nginx. Talal also utilized in-memory data caching with Redis, which minimized database queries and decreased input latency by 25%, resulting in a more enhanced user experience. In addition to his technical skills, Talal is a creative individual who enjoys playing guitar, working out, enjoying a video game, practicing his photoshop drawing skills, playing basketball, or just hanging out with his family. He has experience working as a Student Financial Planner at The Culinary Institute of America.
