Tallam Hemanth is an enthusiastic developer with strong technical knowledge and a high learning curve. He is currently working as an SDE at Amazon, where he is part of the Curation team in Search. He is responsible for prioritizing requested Asins to appear in the result and blocklist Asins when irrelevant items are returned as part of relevance results. He has built an entire API system for the central component, which returns to Search gateway and report component. He has fulfilled the requirements like parallel processing from multiple databases, response within 30ms for p99, which handles the load of 40,000 TPS [Central Component]. He has also generated reports for all the active allowlist active requests and used EMR on Ec2 for big data handling. Before joining Amazon, Hemanth worked as a Product Engineer at Loyalty Juggernaut. As a member of team engine, he was responsible for awarding loyalty points to users who made a transaction. Loyalty points include awards, rewards, deals, and privileges. He helped companies to be intact with their customers and helped them develop their business. He developed batch rewarding points for all the transactions made in a day or in a month. He also worked on a project using Couchbase DB along with DynamoDB. As one of the clients did not want to save any of their Customer related data in DDB, he handled failures in Kinesis data streams with lambdas. Hemanth has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Calicut. He also has a High School Diploma from Keshava Reddy and completed his intermediate college from FIITJEE. He has relevant experience of 2.36 years and has a tech stack that includes Software Engineer, Search, AWS, Spring Boot, Spring, Java, Big Data, Javascript, MongoDB, Frontend, Python, Redux, Backend, Web, and NodeJS. Hemanth is an active team member who suggests new features, improvements, and works on design and implementation.
