• Developed an end-to-end automation script using python to recommend needed safety circuit trim_settings (launch and capture) across PVT on a Tegra chip which significantly reduced the validation runtime/effort.
• Worked on safety circuit-bring up and v/f characterization for discrete GPU and developed an efficient shmoo algorithm to correlate with Pre-Silicon data.

• Developed memory and firmware qualification strategy which include electrical, mechanical and environmental testing, risk analysis, failure analysis of NAND based NVMe SSDs and worked with multiple cross teams (ASIC, Firmware) to drive the resolution of the issue and take corrective actions.
• Successfully qualified 96 layer 3D TLC floating gate NAND based SSD and currently working on memory qualification of first-ever replacement gate NAND based SSD.
• Gained industry exposure in device physics, controller architecture, firmware architecture, protocols and emerging memory technology viz. 3DXP.

• FEM analysis of high-frequency transformer- Designed battery integrated high-frequency transformer-coupled phase-modulated PV inverter with secondary side modulation technique.
• Gained knowledge on switching devices and their applications, transformers and PCB designing.

On Sept. 15, 1956, the Parliament of India passed an act known as the Indian Institute of Technology(Kharagpur) Act declaring this Institute as an Institute of national importance.
