Medly Pharmacy is an online pharmacy for selling prescribed drugs. The users can search for drugs they require and then they can schedule the delivery time and location. The app also has a tracking option where users can track the delivery person.

Served as CTO and tech owner for Novolytics right from inception. The company has wide array of products focussed around Sound Processing and Audio Analytics. Created the entire platform for the flagship product which is an Audio based Diagnostic Engine (codename Hark). 

My responsibilities included, but not limited to, research in the digital audio/signal processing, hiring right talent for strengthening the technical team, providing guidance to the developers and orchestrating the entire software development life cycle right from conceptualization and design to development and delivery.

- Created the platform for marketplaces on Shopify to seamlessly integrate the Yellow Messenger chat bots on their various channels
- Created a marketplace for different chatbot and their components on Yellow Messenger's Saas platform.

- Mentoring and managing 20+ developers in the team, handling their weekly and daily tasks.

- Tech Lead and product owner of offsite marketplace platform, which is a self served platform designed to onboard marketplace sellers, run and optimize their ad campaigns on major marketing channels(Google Adwords, Facebook Ads) and allowing the sellers to view the reports on the ad campaigns  
- Created architecture of the entire platform from scratch right from the design and orchestration to implementation of the project.
- Scaled the platfrom to handle the load of 1000+ sellers mostly from South East Asian marketplaces.
- Worked closely with CEO and CTO in laying out the product base and periodic changes as per requirement

- Lead one of the internal teams handling the vendor communication APIs for managing ad Campaigns and managed the platform which was used by all of the LoB teams for vendor communications.
- Scaled the platform for executing the ad campaigns for over 10K+ clients.
- Managing a team of 7 developers including rotational oncall.

- Senior Engineer mentoring the team members and contribute in the design and architecture of the project.
- Involved in designing as well as development of systems and interfaces to create and optimize ad campaigns using technology for the small and medium businesses across different ad channels. 
- Lead a project for mobile application to manage leads for a business. Designed the architecture of the entire system and worked on the backend systems/APIs for the same
- Experience of automating and easing the task of onboarding and processing 15K+ clients and scaling their performance on these channels.

- Involved in implementation of multple internal projects working in the capacity of individual contributor on both the backend and frontend.
