Tanay Saxena is a highly skilled software engineer with expertise in the application service layer and database management systems (backend) using Java and Python. With 3.85 years of experience in the technology industry, he has worked in American investment banking industry through Morgan Stanley in their finance technology department. His time at Morgan Stanley helped him build his expertise in large-scale distributed systems and handling high volume and fault-tolerant data processing with low latency. Currently, Tanay is in his first year of the Master's program in software engineering systems at Northeastern University. His major goals for the next 2-3 years are to successfully graduate from his program and additionally gain more in-depth knowledge in concurrent decentralized software development, along with exploring more ways of refining his programming skills. Tanay has previously worked as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer at Accolite. He is a problem solver with excellent backend engineering skills. His technical expertise includes software engineering, backend development, decentralized software development, Python, and Java. Tanay holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science from Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, Noida. He also attended Sri Chaitanya School and Kendriya Vidyalaya. Currently, Tanay is working as a Technical Consultant at Morgan Stanley. He is highly motivated and has a passion for learning new technologies and refining his skills.
