Tanbir Sarkar is an experienced Senior Engineer with a history of 7+ years of working in the wireless industry. He is currently working as an R&D Software Engineer QA III at Broadcom Inc. and is highly skilled in Networking, Regression Testing, Wireshark, and Internet Protocol Suite (TCP/IP). He has a highly motivated, positive attitude accompanied with good leadership qualities. In his current role at Broadcom, Tanbir is managing a team of 3 engineers and is actively participating in project initiation, planning, execution and closure activities at the client side. He is responsible for end-to-end product testing, ensuring complete testing is carried out within the given timeframe, and actively involved in Python based automation development for test cases on CATE framework (QCSR internal infrastructure automation framework). Prior to his current role, Tanbir has worked as a Module Lead at Eximius Design and as a Member Of Technical Staff (As a Consultant on behalf of Mirafra Technologies) at Qualcomm. At Qualcomm, he worked on the project Marvell 8897/8887/8997/8977/8801/8782/8787/8797 SoC Linux Driver/Firmware testing in conformance with 802.11. Tanbir has a B.Tech degree in Electronics & Communication from Kalasalingam University.
