Tanmay Songade is a UX Designer III at TSYS and a Circle of Excellence 2022 Winner. He is a highly skilled designer who is passionate about creating human-centered interfaces with industry standards and making them intuitive. With over 9 years of relevant experience, Tanmay has developed astute observational skills and a deep understanding of design principles that inspire him towards creating exceptional designs. Tanmay graduated with a Master’s Degree in Human Computer Interaction from Rochester Institute Of Technology. He is currently working on simplifying the financial industry by building better UX experiences for security products. His expertise in designing interfaces that meet the needs of users has made him an invaluable member of the TSYS team. Prior to joining TSYS, Tanmay worked as a UX Design Intern at Cisco, where he was responsible for building better UX experiences for security products. He also worked as a Design Intern at Subway, where he redesigned existing web applications used by 45k franchises all over the world. He conceptualized three different themes and user flows for in-store kiosks, demonstrating his ability to think creatively and outside the box. Tanmay’s education and experience have equipped him with a broad range of skills, including web design, user research, and prototyping. His tech stack includes designer and web, which he uses to create beautiful, functional interfaces that meet the needs of users.
