Tanuj M. is a seasoned Android developer and open source enthusiast with over 5 years of relevant experience. He is currently serving as a Sr. Android Developer at an early-stage fin-tech startup, aaspatal, where he is responsible for leading the mobile engineering team. Apart from his full-time job, Tanuj is also working on a side project called Olauncher | Minimal AF. It is a free and open-source launcher app that helps users reduce their screen time and stay focused on their work. The app has received positive feedback from users and can be downloaded from the Google Play Store. Before joining aaspatal, Tanuj worked as an Application Developer at ithaka, where he single-handedly developed a travel app with 10,000+ monthly active users. He reduced the APK size from 21MB to 15MB, increased stability from 89% to 97%, and implemented a cart system for travel activities and transportation in the app. In addition, Tanuj has also founded Lisplay, a membership program for independent artists to connect with their fans and receive financial support in return for exclusive rewards. The website was developed in Python/Django, Psql, and hosted on AWS. Tanuj holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, Noida. He also attended Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Pratapgarh(U.P.) for his secondary education. Tanuj's tech stack includes Mobile, Android, Senior Software Engineer, and AWS.
