Tanvi Verma is a highly accomplished research scientist with expertise in artificial intelligence and machine learning. She is currently working at IHPC, A*STAR Singapore, where she has proposed deep reinforcement learning methods and game theoretic approaches to provide decision support for revenue maximization. With a PhD from the School of Information Systems, Singapore Management University, Tanvi has been awarded the Presidential Doctoral Fellowship award for her excellence in research outcomes. Prior to her PhD, Tanvi worked for eight years as a software developer in the industry. Her experience in the industry has given her a unique perspective on the practical applications of machine learning and artificial intelligence. Tanvi has also worked as a researcher and teaching assistant at Singapore Management University, where she provided machine learning approaches to learn optimized solutions for resource allocation for emergency response systems and assisted in designing courses, preparing and assessing assignments and projects for the PhD level course "Planning and Learning in Intelligent Systems." Tanvi's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from NIT Warangal and a PhD in Intelligent Systems and Optimization from Singapore Management University. With her strong technical background and relevant experience of 9.69 years, Tanvi is proficient in software engineering, reinforcement learning, and machine learning.
