Tanya Trivedi is a highly skilled Business Analyst with over 6 years of experience in the technology industry. Currently working as a part of the Shell Graduate Program at Shell, Tanya has previously worked with Accenture Solutions Pvt Ltd as an Application Development Analyst. She has worked mainly on middleware technologies such as Webmethods Fabric, IBM message broker, XSLT, and UNIX. Tanya has experience working in various industries such as Retail, E-commerce, and Healthcare. She has worked as a Webmethods developer for a healthcare client as a part of a 5-member team. She was involved in development, testing, as well as documentation of all RICEFs. She also supported the project as well as provided KT to client end till Go-Live. Additionally, she provided support (including on-call) to an existing e-commerce giant as a part of a 2-member team. She was involved in technical decisions for business requirements and interacted with business analysts, client teams, development teams, and testing teams. Furthermore, she mentored a team of six new joiners in the organization. Tanya has organized an event under "Vaahini" (women empowerment initiative of the organization), which was attended by 200 women.
