Tarun Ramesh is a seasoned system architect and platform designer with over 15 years of relevant experience. Currently serving as the AVP Engineering at Prozo, Tarun has a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions that meet the needs of his clients. Tarun is an expert in remote working and is comfortable working with teams across different locations. He is highly driven and curious, always looking to learn and grow alongside his organization. In his previous role at Acalvio, Tarun served as a Member of Technical Staff where he designed, developed, and deployed a system to derive live threat analysis with actionable information. He analyzed the product market gap and designed a solution to close it with a team of three. Tarun also designed a plugin-based architecture that focuses on plugin execution and collating the output, while the plugins are focused purely on tactical domain knowledge. He reduced analysis effort for Incident Response teams by 80%, based on results from Red Team exercises. At Infinera, Tarun served as a Senior Lead Engineer where he designed and developed a high-availability PPPoE communication link between Infinera and Transmode network equipment. He also designed and developed a high-availability control channel to carry data encryption control information with protection switching. Tarun led a team of three to build and test this feature and was awarded two bonuses for his significant contributions to Gen 4 technology and related product developments. Tarun holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka. He has experience working as a Senior Software Engineer, Software Engineer, UI developer, and Web developer.
