Tarunjeet Saini is a Senior Engineering Manager with over 13 years of experience in the development of high-performance web applications using the latest tools and technologies. He is currently working at Majid Al Futtaim as a Senior Engineering Manager, where he is responsible for solution architecture, performance, super apps, hybrid apps, AKAMAI, cloud infrastructure, delivery management, and people management. Tarunjeet has extensive knowledge of HTML, XHTML, HTML5, CSS, SASS, JavaScript, ES6, Angular, React, JQuery, Progressive Web Apps (PWA), mobile web development, hybrid apps (web-native), XML, JSON, Ajax, Grunt, Webpack, Jenkins, Nodejs, MongoDB, Redis, Akamai, Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Apigee. He is also the tech owner of Paytm Mini Apps, where he is creating a hybrid apps/super apps platform. Tarunjeet has experience in building high-performance JavaScript plugins, other JavaScript-based plug-n-play frameworks and utilities, optimization of code and site performance, and enriching the user experience. He has handled teams and is an excellent team player who can multitask independently. In his previous role at Paytm, Tarunjeet led the development of the Paytm Mini Programs (Super Apps) platform and managed engineering teams. He was responsible for Paytm web and mobile web and PWAs, hybrid apps, frontend web tech solutioning, architecture, and performance. Before that, he worked as a Senior Frontend Engineer at Infoedge, where he handled complete UI development of Naukri.com and its products, including web and mobile sites, WordPress blogs, and browser add-ons.
