Tasneem Hoda is a highly accomplished product manager with a diverse range of experience in eCommerce, mobile app development, employee experience design, and digital transformation. With over four years of experience, she has a proven track record of driving growth and delivering results in both startup and Fortune 500 environments. As a Product Manager at Points, Tasneem is responsible for leading the development and execution of product strategy for the loyalty and eCommerce platform. Prior to this, she worked as a Product Manager at Clik2pay, where she drove the agile development of a B2C payments mobile app, facilitated communication between vendor’s engineering team and in-house teams, ran usability testing, worked on app stores’ submission requirements, and launched Clik2pay iOS and Android apps to end-users. She also worked closely with the marketing team to strategize and run user acquisition campaigns and A/B tests for the app that led to 600+ downloads, 100+ registered users, and a CPD of ~$20 within the first three months. Tasneem also has experience in employee experience design, having worked as a Global Employee Experience Design specialist at Right to Play. Here, she launched Facebook Workplace globally across the organization, achieved an 85% adoption rate within 4 weeks, and delivered a global digital & interactive handbook. Tasneem's specialties include stakeholder management, communication, project management, user research, design thinking, and marketing strategy. She holds an MBA from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from the International Institute of Information Technology, Bhubaneswar.
