Prior to founding Gramophone, he served as the Vice President of New Initiatives at CropIn Technology, where he was responsible for driving growth and expanding the company's reach. He has also worked as an Investment Professional at Aspada Investments, where he helped identify and invest in promising agriculture startups. Tauseef's education background is equally impressive. He holds a Bachelor of Technology in Agricultural and Food Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and a Master of Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He also received his education from Dr. Virendra Swarup Education Center.
