He was responsible for managing the sales and service operations of multiple restaurants, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth. Before that, he worked with the Law Offices of Trent Thompson as a Sales Rep and Clerk, where he gained valuable experience in sales and customer service. Ted holds a Paralegal degree from Oak Brook College of Law and Government Policy, where he studied law. He also has an Associate's degree in Communication, General from Thomas Edison State University. He completed his high school education at Advanced Christian Training.
