Tejas Bhitle is an Innovative Software Engineer with proficient algorithm designing skills in C/C++, Java. He is currently working as a Technology Analyst at Barclays, where he is responsible for working on spring-based engines that process trades and report them to various regulators, thus assisting the business to increase revenue post MIFID-II regulations. He has experience working with technologies like Spring framework, VoltDB, SQL server, as well as shell and python scripting. Tejas has a sharp problem-solving skill and is a proactive learner with a passion to create a positive impact.
