Tejas Chandra is an experienced Engineering Manager with over 17 years of relevant experience in the software industry. He is currently working as a System Architect at Krazybee, where he is responsible for managing and monitoring the development process amongst team members, handling technical escalations from clients, providing technical assistance to team members, scoping out and developing applications as per client requirements, and conducting trainings for new team members. He is also responsible for isolating problem areas prior to initiating development and providing solutions for risk mitigation, taking interviews for recruiting new talent for the company's technical team and coming up with on the field implementation plan for application integration, infrastructure and maintaining and monitoring server resources and fixing issues on server which pertain to leverage of server load, performance on various end points and managing server down time and installation of new applications on server for use in development. Prior to his current role, Tejas worked as a Senior Technical Manager at Edge Networks, where he was responsible for designing and defining architecture for SaaS platforms and products built on these platforms. He managed and guided teams through the implementation and optimization of the platform and products on the platform while providing the necessary mentoring required for the team. He also interfaced with the product team for the necessary design inputs and took design and architectural decisions for SaaS platforms and products on the platform. Tejas holds a Diploma in Computer Science from MNTI, where he graduated in 2005. He is skilled in integration, infra, software engineering, and has worked as a Senior Software Engineer in the past.
