Tejashree Dewoolkar is a dynamic individual who is passionate about learning and development, product development, and exploring new ideas in economics. With over 5 years of relevant experience, Tejashree is a system thinker and facilitator who is always looking for ways to create positive change in society. Currently, Tejashree is a Member of Growth, Partnership, and Fundraising at Rethinking Economics India, a youth-led network that explores different ideas in economics. She is involved in various projects, including the REIN festival, curriculum review for universities, and writing articles for the REIN Newsletter. Tejashree is a key player in the organization's efforts to create a more equitable and sustainable economic system. Tejashree has also worked with Blue Ribbon Movement as a Facilitator and Lead. She led an initiative that focused on taking classroom learning to open spaces and discussing alternate economies, media, and ecology. She also co-designed and co-created courses for social change enthusiasts and alumni of Blue Ribbon Movement. Tejashree's work with the organization created a safe space for youth to have dialogues on various topics and learn from each other. In addition, Tejashree has experience as a Product Researcher at Gnaan U Education, where she researched various income ranges of careers in India and collaborated with Alivelihood Career Mela. Tejashree holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from SIES College and a Higher Secondary Certification in General Science from Ramnarain Ruia College. She has a background in software engineering and research science. Overall, Tejashree is a dedicated and driven individual who is committed to creating a positive impact in society.
