Terry Djony is a tech startup entrepreneur who is passionate about solving complex problems that can unlock countless opportunities. As a YC Alumni W21, Terry is currently focused on B2B SaaS and is working on a stealth mode startup that aims to help company operations become 10x more efficient. Terry's journey began in Lampung, a small city in Indonesia, where he taught himself to code at the age of 14. He tinkered with bulletin boards, learned LAMP stack and their design patterns, and published his first web components on Packagist. He then moved to Bandung to pursue his university studies at the Bandung Institute of Technology. During his third year in college, he built his first company, a chatbot SaaS called Chatbiz.id. Terry dropped out of college to pursue tech entrepreneurship full-time and got into Y Combinator at the age of 21. In 2021, he was accepted into Global Shapers by WEF. Although Terry's chatbot SaaS became profitable and self-sustaining, it failed to grow at the pace of fast-growing startups. He pivoted to his second product, the first finance operations platform for money movements in SEA, called Arbofinance.com. Terry is currently working on a stealth mode startup that aims to help company operations become 10x more efficient. Terry has had relevant experience in the tech industry for 1.43 years. He has worked as a Mobile Web Specialist at Google Developers Kejar and as a Web Developer Internship (PPID) at Institut Teknologi Bandung. Terry has a degree in Chatbiz - W21 from Y Combinator, a degree in Faculty of Industrial Technology from Institut Teknologi Bandung, and a degree in Enterprise Summer Program on Entrepreneurship from National University of Singapore.
