Thierry Abaléa is a highly experienced Senior Software Engineering Manager at Aircall, a cloud-based phone system provider for modern brands. With over 21 years of relevant experience, Thierry has worked in various startups and organizations, leading and mentoring teams of developers, architects, and data scientists. In his current role at Aircall, Thierry is responsible for managing the software engineering team and ensuring that the phone system is integrated with various tools, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, Slack, Front, and Intercom. He has a deep understanding of the technology stack and is proficient in Javascript, AWS, Salesforce, Terraform, ReactJS, Docker, Typescript, and NodeJS. Thierry also played an active role in frequent Backlog Grooming, Technical Grooming sessions, and Technical RFC processes. Thierry holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Ingénierie informatique from école nationale d'ingénieurs de brest (enib) and completed a MOOC Algorithms Analysis & Design - Part 1 & 2 from Stanford University.
