Thomas Harre is an accomplished Energy/Sustainability Consultant at Capgemini Invent, with extensive experience in the field. He is an alumnus of HEC and USC, and his passion for business and people has driven his success in the industry. Thomas is dedicated to providing adaptability, solid communication, and commitment to the organizations he works with. Thomas's extensive travels across 30+ countries have sharpened his desire for discovery and have made him aware of the necessity to adjust when addressing people of various backgrounds. He is fluent in four languages and is studying three more. Thomas's open and attentive nature has been key to his success in forging interpersonal skills. Thomas's leadership skills were honed during his time with the Trojan Youth Soccer League throughout USC. As the club's head coach, he wrote a 33-page manual to provide technical and psychological support for practices, which led to increased enrollments and his election as president of the NGO. Thomas's passion for rigor and organization has helped him to successfully adapt to any challenge. He taught himself the fundamentals of InDesign over the weekend to craft ATALIAN Asia's new commercial brochures, which are still used. With Delta Omicron Zeta - USC's prime leadership fraternity - he collaborated with a mosaic of leaders from all horizons, which challenged his vision of leadership. At Capgemini, Thomas is part of the Energy, Utilities and Chemicals (EUC) consulting market unit, where he specializes in climate action, clean hydrogen, and electricity. Previously, he was a Sustainability Consultant at Groupe Renault, where he built a benchmark on how some corporations have communicated on their most relevant and impactful CSR projects to improve their brand image. He was also an Associate in the Speakers Department at HEC Seed, where he reached out and negotiated with notable speakers to book them for HEC’s Entrepreneurship Summit at Station F. Thomas has a Master's degree in Sustainability and Social Innovation (SASI) from HEC and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and International Relations (BAIR) from the University of Southern California. He also holds a French Baccalauréat in Economics and Social Sciences (ES), with an emphasis in Math from Lycée Sainte Ursule. Thomas has 4.44 years of relevant experience in the field.
