Thomas Helms is a software engineer with over six years of experience in product development for NetMotion Software. Currently serving as a Software Engineer III at NetMotion Software, Thomas is responsible for the entire process of the systems development lifecycle (SDLC), from design to implementation and testing. He is tasked with solving complex technical challenges across a breadth of technologies required to deliver new features while maintaining compatibility and coexistence with existing ones. He has also architected cross-platform high-performance modules in both user and kernel space that incorporate real-time data from cloud-based solutions that provide security and risk-based insights/remediation for customer's deployments. Thomas's education background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science & Software Engineering from the University of Washington and an Associate's Degree in Computer Science from Green River Community College. He is a skilled software engineer with expertise in Java, dotNET, test, ASP.NET, MySQL, Web, Python, and C.
