Thomas Mathews is a digital experience professional currently working with Salesforce, where he is helping MSMEs achieve a delta shift in their ROI by making them realize the importance of having a 360-degree view of their customers. With a focus on helping businesses thrive, Thomas is passionate about driving change in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution. Prior to his current role, Thomas worked as a Research Associate with Infiniti Research Ltd., where he was responsible for customized study and research for enterprises. During his stint at Scania, Thomas worked as a Summer Intern and was given the opportunity to work on two live projects, which helped him understand the organization at a business unit and functional level. Thomas holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Management and Business Analytics from the University at Buffalo School of Management, The State University of New York, and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Marketing from Amrita School of Business, Bangalore. He also holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences. Thomas is proficient in Salesforce and has experience as a Research Scientist. He has a total of 4.78 years of relevant experience. Thomas is a go-getter who is always willing to learn and grow.
