Thomas Wintrich is a highly accomplished Co-Founder at Palevate, a company that connects coworkers to motivate each other to form healthier fitness habits. With over 10 years of relevant experience, he is a seasoned professional in the field of product management, Android, and iOS development. As the technical co-founder of Palevate, Thomas conceptualized, designed, and developed the PWA, iOS & Android app. He has a proven track record of delivering high-quality products that meet the needs of customers. Prior to his current role, Thomas served as the Head of Product & Technology at Sofatutor GmbH, where he led a team of 23 developers, product owners, designers, user experience researchers, and scrum masters. He introduced Product Discovery, Dual-Track Development, North Star Metric & OKRs, and empowered the squads to have a significant impact on conversion and retention rate. In addition to his role as Head of Product & Technology, Thomas also served as the Head of Product & Design at Sofatutor GmbH, where he devised product vision & strategy and restructured product development to cross-functional scrum teams. Thomas holds a State Examination in Teaching Degree German Language & Computer Science from freie universität berlin, where he studied from 2000 to 2011. He also studied Computer Science (Erasmus Grant) at athens university of economics and business from 2005 to 2006. With his extensive experience and expertise in product management and development, Thomas is a valuable asset to any organization.
