He is passionate about creating value for SaaS products and services, and nurturing enterprise customer relationships. He has extensive experience in evangelization, solution evaluation, architecture, integration, implementation, customer success, and exploring new business opportunities. Thyaga has domain expertise in HRTech, FinTech, Sales engineering, Marketing automation, and EdTech. Thyaga is currently the Founder Tech CEO of Vicicit Inc, an Intelligent Hiring Assistant for Decision Makers. The SaaS product is a Candidate Generation System (CGS) that applies AI/ML to generate qualified passive candidates. He has successfully signed up hiring managers from companies such as VMWare, Broadcom, Walmart Labs, Xilinx, and many venture-funded companies. He has raised $100k in angel funding, but due to the COVID pandemic, he failed to raise seed funding. Thyaga has worked in the USA for over 20 years before moving back to Bengaluru, India. He provides consulting services to enterprise SaaS product companies and large IT organizations. He specializes in building partnerships through product/service integration and coaches founders with fundraising. Thyaga has worked with revenue-generating B2B SaaS companies in India, including SignDesk, CoachEd, ResumeFox, CUBOT BI, Elixir Engineering, Mentor Match, NIA Agro, FarmShield, Tree Square BuildTech, House Of Shylee, and Samrithi Training Institute. Thyaga is a hands-on programmer, and his programming skills include object-oriented, multi-threaded, socket programming, build systems, Java/J2EE, C/C++, Unix/Linux scripting, web services, RDBMS, AWS, hybrid cloud, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript (front-end and server-side). He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Ramaiah Institute of Technology.
