Tianming Ma is an experienced ASIC Engineer currently working at Apple. With over 9 years of relevant experience, he has worked in various roles and has developed a strong skill set in the field of ASIC design. Currently, Tianming works as an IC Design Intern at Broadcom where he supports the DFT flow and lab/bench activities. He has experience in DFT insertion and verification on 16nm network switching chip blocks. Additionally, he has collected silicon data on multiple 16nm/28nm chips using Mentor Graphic's Tessent Tool Suite and has parsed/analyzed silicon results using perl, tcl, bash scripts and tools, presenting summaries to the team. Prior to his current role, Tianming worked as an intern at ABB where he mastered the operating principle of private network communication equipment and assisted in national private network communication projects in Venezuela, India, Brazil, and other countries. Tianming holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Digital VLSI from the University of Southern California. He also holds a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication Engineering and Management from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications and a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Queen Mary, U. of London. Tianming's technical skills include proficiency in test, and he has a strong understanding of digital VLSI and telecommunication engineering.
